 Carpet Chris competed the transition between existing carpet and new tile at this home in Ahwatukee.
 Here is a transition that was loose and has a chipped tile. Since matching tile is not available to replace the chipped one, I suggested that we use a coordinating rubber transition strip.  The existing tackstrip was removed and a transition metal with new tack strip and pad was installed.  Finally, a coordinating transition strip was provided and installed which covered the chipped tile and secured the loose carpet.
